The proceedings of the Conference of the IX Giornata di Studio “Oltre la globalizzazione” organised by the Società di Studi Geografici and titled “Boundaries/Confini” are now online.
This include my contribute with Federico Martellozzo “Beyond the mainstream of socio-environmental global governance. Human Rights, Conflits and Business”. The contribute advances a project proposal to investigate business companies’involved in environmental conflicts, disputes and controversies as a proxy for Environmental Human Rights (EHR) violations. This prefigures more serious responsibility which would be passible of international courts judgement in case a binding regulation for non-state actors will be issued by the U.N.
