On Friday 23rd September I am presenting the Orto della SME experience (on behalf of my great companions, too) at “INNOVEIT Berlin: Building the New European Bauhaus”, as part of the EIT INNOVEIT series, Climate-KIC that brings together experts and entrepreneurs bringing the New European Bauhaus to life through innovation, creativity and design.
Hosted by Kerstin Humberg, founder and managing partner of Yunel, the event will feature speaker Dr. John Schellnhuber, Director Emeritus of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, as well as experts including Helena Bjarnegard, Torben Klitgaard, Heinrich Arnold and Rosa Ferré to reflect on how policy and institutions can help support transformative futures.
Furthermore, we will hear from start-ups and citizen engagement initiatives putting the principles of the New European Bauhaus into practise, as well as the opportunity to participate in an immersive art experience designed to explore the relationship between human, nature and technology.
The event will be hosted at KINDL Brewery and will run from 9.00 to 13.00 (CET).
