Energy justice and poverty in social science

How does the issue of energy justice play out in the public debate?

We discussed the issue today (18 November) during the session “Making the energy transition inclusive: getting all citizens on board” at the CEDEC Virtual Annual Congress.

I gave an Introductory presentation on the meaning and debated definition of Energy Justice in scholarly research, including its distributional, recognition-based and procedural aspects; and on how this manifests in spatially-uneven Energy Poverty conditions.

My presentation is available for download here.
