“Europeana”. Our common European history

Europeana, the digital archive of European history, promoted by the European Commission, provides access to 50 million digitised items (including books, pictures, music, artworks and more) that made the social history of Europe. The project funded by European Union’s Connecting Europe Facility, with the aim “to build on Europe’s rich heritage and make it easier for people to use, whether for work, for learning or just for fun.”
